Developing new security products, solutions or features using specialty chemicals is a complex challenge. There are almost infinite combinations of raw materials, substrates, carriers.

 

Our application laboratory supports the development by identifying the optimal particle size, distribution and stabilization in the desired target matrix, and conducting extensive testing for detection parameters and spectral analysis. 

Customer-specific Solutions

 

Beyond choosing the right material and its processing, the functionality of the entire system, including detectors, plays an important role. Looking at the entire system is an important part of our strategy for tailor-made solutions. A system is based on a diverse range of security pigments that can be visible, invisible,
detectable, or machine-readable. These pigments are enhanced with additional
optical or functional elements. We blend these components to create a
tailor-made, unique solution just for you.

 

Our modular system plays a big role in our individualization concept: its foundation forms a broad basis of visible, invisible, detectable or machine-readable security pigments, with extra optical or functional components added. During what is known as a ‘styling’ process, we combine all elements into your specific, unique, custom-made solution.
